IT Services FAQ

1. Can you develop a unique IT solution for the specific requirements of my enterprise?
Yes. We have an in-house team of the best software professionals from the industry, who can develop custom software solution for processes of accounting, reporting, CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), ECP (enterprise content planning) etc. We also create custom integrated dynamic IVR (interactive voice response) and are specialists in dynamic web applications.

2. If I face some glitch in your IT solution after I buy it from you, will you fix it?
We will provide you the IT solution only after rigorous testing and a mandated quality check. However, if you face any problems later, then we will repair for whatever is promised as part of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). We shall repair it after one year, ten years or even a lifetime after your purchase of the IT solution. If it is part of our SLA, then we will definitely fix it. However if the glitch is beyond what is mentioned in the SLA, then it there shall be additional cost.

3. What is your turn around time (TAT) for a custom IT solution?
The timeline is consensually decided after taking into consideration the complexity of project. Tentative timeline for a fairly simple IT solution, from finalizing of your requirement up to testing the IT solution, is:

  • Integrated dynamic IVR - 7 to 10 working days
  • CRM -15 working days
  • Mobile Application - 30 working days
  • Ipad/Iphone - 30 working days
  • Client Report System - 45 working days
  • Telecom Billing - 45 working days

The above TAT is for basic IT solution. If you want to customize it, we will have to factor in more time.

4. Can I see some of the work you have done for other clients to get an idea of the quality of your IT solution?
We have a strong privacy policy in place as most of our clients insist on not divulging the details about their custom software solution to others. However we have an elaborate portfolio and we can display samples of our dexterous work.

5. How do I trust that your IT solution is secure and doesn't have any virus, bugs?
We have an end-to-end CISCO based IP network which has superior ASA firewall. The IT solution handed over to you by us is thoroughly checked for any discrepancy by our scrupulous Quality Analyst team.
