There is no machine which can calculate the honesty of a person. There is no unit which can measure the happiness levels of people. And most often, these are the most important qualities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We all like to be with a person who exudes positivity. And we all loathe a person who indulges in malicious back-biting. When we are choosing a friend, we don\u2019t take into account the marks a person got in high-school, or what is their income. All that we are concerned for is- is the person trustworthy?<a href=\"http:\/\/bluechipcallcenter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/immeasurable-skills.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-390\" title=\"immeasurable skills\" src=\"http:\/\/bluechipcallcenter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/immeasurable-skills.jpg\" alt=\"customer service executives\" width=\"360\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, when a customer is speaking to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluechipcallcenter.com\/blog\/tag\/call-center-agents\/\">call centers\u00a0agent<\/a>, it doesn\u2019t matter whether the Agent is a graduate, or has 10 years of industry experience etc. All that matters is \u2013 is the Agent polite and helpful while talking to you?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These immeasurable skills are together called as \u2018soft skills\u2019. The qualities like politeness, tone, tenor, calmness, charm etc. are of utmost importance for a<a title=\"call center\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bluechipcallcenter.com\/why-outsource-call-center-services.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> call center<\/strong> <\/a>agent. But unfortunately, there is no way you can measure any of these.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are ways to calculate things like \u2013 Wrap-up Time, Idle Time, Abandon Rate, Average Speed of Answering etc. But there isn\u2019t any way that you can calculate whether you touched the heart of a customer, or how much satisfaction were you able to provide them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We at Bluechip Callcenter realize the importance of the incalculable.
