Infrastructure

We are headquartered in the city of Seattle, Washington, USA. Our global delivery centers are located in USA and India.

Our global delivery center has more than 2800 work stations of Dell, HCL with Plantronics headsets. All workstations are enabled with end-to-end CISCO based technology, including IP network. We are one of the very few entirely CISCO powered Call Center.

We have implemented Border Gateway Protocol, to ensure that no call is ever disconnected at our call center due to interruptions.

We have power back-up system and also a regular data back-up provision at centers across the world, so that the data is never lost, even in case of disaster.

We have a separate facility of Training space for regular recreational activities with our employees. And also a separate dining space where the company provides meals to all the employees.

We believe in being building a strong infrastructure, but stronger relationships, with you and our employees.
